Fry the Jalebis

  • Heat the ghee or oil in a non-stick pan or kadai over medium-low heat. Transfer the batter to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the hot oil, creating circular or spiral shapes. Fry until golden brown and crispy, flipping as needed.

Soak in Syrup

  • Remove the fried jalebis from the oil and immediately dip them into the warm sugar syrup for about 2 minutes. This will help them absorb the syrup and become even more delicious.

Assemble the Ice Cream Sandwiches

  • Allow the jalebis to cool completely. Once cooled, scoop vanilla ice cream onto one jalebi. Top with another jalebi to create a sandwich.

Freeze
