Ingredients
 

Chocolate Base

  • 400 gm Chocolate dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or cooking chocolate. choose your preferred type.

Prepare the Nuts

  • Dry roast the almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts in a pan over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned. No oil is needed.

Pound the Nuts

  • Let the nuts cool completely. Then, roughly chop or pound them using a mortar and pestle to your desired consistency.

Melt the Chocolate

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave (30 seconds at a time, stirring in between), until completely smooth.

Combine and Mold

  • Stir the chopped/pounded nuts (and optional seeds) into the melted chocolate. Pour the mixture into silicone chocolate molds.

Freeze & Enjoy

  • Freeze the molds overnight, or until the chocolate is completely set. Unmold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
