  • 200 gm button mushrooms
  • 100 gm capsicum
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • Few green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt


  • Wash the mushroom with boiling water. Chop onion capsicum and green chillies.

  • Add oil on a preheated pan, then put ginger garlic paste stir for a few seconds. Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies and mushroom. Stir all vegetables, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
  • Sprinkle with water, add salt and garam masala powder. Close the lid for 5 minutes then open the lid and serve with chapati, paratha, fried rice etc.
