Ingredients
- 1 cup Idli Batter or millet multi millet
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 Onion chopped tbspn
- 1 Tomato chopped tbspn
- 1 Bell Peppers chopped tbspn
- 5 Jalapeno nos
- 1/2 cup Cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Gravy pizza
- 1 Oregano Flakes tbspn
- 1 Chilli Flakes tbspn
- 1 Olive Oil tspn
Instructions
Prepare the Idli Base
- Steam a large multi-millet idli using a Thatte Idli plate or similar mold. Let it cool completely.
Assemble the Pizza
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the cooled idli.
- Top with the chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeños.
- Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake and Serve
- Bake in a microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Alternatively, you can bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately while hot.
