Ingredients
- For Salsa sauce - 2 tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- ½ capsicum chopped
- 6 - 7 garlic pods chopped
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoon oil
- For paneer bites - 100 gm paneer
- ¼ Cup Salsa sauce
- ½ cup corn flour
- 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 1 teaspoon oregano seasoning
- 2 cup oil for frying

Instructions
- In a wok add 2 tbsp oil heat it.
- add chopped garlic and saute it lightly.
- add chopped onion and saute it until translucent.
- add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, Chili flakes, red chili sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
- add ½ cup water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now our Mexican Salsa sauce is ready.
- For Mexican stuffed paneer bites - cut the Paneer piece in desired shape.
- spread Salsa sauce on it.
- cover with another paneer slice.
- In a bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, oregano seasoning and water make lump free batter.
- Now dip the stuffed paneer bites in it.
- Coat with rice flour.
- In a wok add oil heat it up and deep fry the all bites on medium flame.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
