Flan is Mexican dessert made by using milk and eggs top it with caramel sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs organic size
- 1 can Condensed Milk sweeten
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste

Instructions
- Mix eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, salt, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend it for a minute.
- In a heavy duty pan take sugar and water and mix it.
- Heat it on medium flame for almost 10 minutes without touching it.
- Once the sugar starts melting rotate the pan in one direction.
- Let it heat until sugar melts completely and it gives nice golden color.
- Transfer sugar syrup in a container.
- Strain egg mixer and pour it over the sugar syrup.
- Pour 2 cup of water in instant pot or steamer.
- Put the container with mixer on stand in instant pot or steamer.
- If you are using instant pot then set it on manual for 8 minutes manual. Cover the container. Close the lead and turn it on.
- If you are using steamer then put the container in it. Cover the container and steam it for 20-25 minutes.
- Once it cooks well then take it out and let it cool down at room temperature.
- Put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Take container out from refrigerator and slowly put the knife around the edges.
- Cover the container with serving plate and slowly turn it upside down.
- The flan will come out easily.
- Decorate it and serve it.
Recipe Notes
You can use regular pressure cooker too instead of steamer or instant pot. Just put the container in pressure cooker and make 3 whistle. Let it cool down and use the next step.
