Mexican Guacamole dip or chutney made up of Aocado.

Ingredients
- Avocado – 1 nos
- Chopped Onions – ¼ cup
- Chopped Tomatoes – ¼ cup
- Finely chopped Green Chillies – 1 tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Instructions
- Take an Avocado cut into half and remove the seed out of it.
- Then in a mixing bowl, take the green portion of Avocado, thrown away the covering and immediately add 2 tsp of Lemon Juice to avoid Avocado getting black in color.
- Furthermore, add ¼ cup of chopped Onions, ¼ cup of chopped Tomatoes and mix well by slightly mashing the Avocado.
- Lastly add 1 tsp of finely chopped Green Chillies, ¼ tsp of Salt and mix well.
- Guacamole dip is now ready to serve with any Sandwich or Paratha.

Notes
- Immediately add Lemon Juice to avoid dip getting black in color.
- Can add crushed Black Pepper also as per taste.
- This dip remains fresh for only 2 to 3 days.
