Ingredients
- For dressing:2 tbspn Olive oil
- as needed Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 tbspn Lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- For salad: 2-3 Lettuce
- 1 Chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Boiled beans
- 1 tbsp Chopped spring onion

Instructions
- Mix all the dressing ingredients in a glass.
- Mix all the chopped vegies in a bowl. Add the dressing and toss the ingredients. Mix the salad thoroughly.
- The delicious mexican salad is ready to be served
