- 1 1/2 cup Chickpeas kabuli chana, drained and rinsed., soaked overnight and boiled until tender. you can also use canned chickpeas
Seasoning & Spices
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
