- 1 cup Chickpeas kabuli chana, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup Spring Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, crumbled
- 2 Chilies finely chopped, green
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped, cilantro
Instructions
Prepare the Dressing
- Combine olive oil, red chili powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
