Expert Tips for the Perfect Chutney Lassi

  • For a sweeter lassi, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or honey to the chutney blend.
  • Adjust the amount of green chilies according to your spice preference. Start with one and add more if desired.
  • Using full-fat yogurt will result in a creamier and richer lassi.
  • For a thicker lassi, use less water and/or add a few ice cubes directly into the blender with the yogurt and chutney.
