  • 2 cup Oat soaked
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Baby Corn chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes chilly flax
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs oregano
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Make a smooth batter with milk and soaked oat.
  • Sauteed baby corn and carrot with salt and butter.
  • Spread the smooth batter in a heated frying pan spread butter.
  • Now it will become fluffy. Top with butter baby corn carrot. Sprinkle with oregano chilli flakes mix herbs. Now ready to serve.
