How to make Paneer Tikka Bites in Air Fryer

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together thick yogurt, roasted besan, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and 1 tbsp oil until smooth.
  • Add paneer cubes, onion petals, and diced capsicum to the marinade. Gently toss to coat everything well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for best flavor (up to 1 hour if you have time).
  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 2 minutes. Arrange the marinated paneer and veggies in a single layer (use skewers or a lined basket). Brush lightly with oil for extra crispness.
  • Air fry at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket or turning skewers halfway for even browning. The paneer should be lightly charred and the vegetables crisp-tender. Do not overcook to keep paneer soft.
