- 250 gm Hung Yogurt also known as strained yogurt. for best results, greek yogurt, hang plain yogurt in cheesecloth for at least 4 hours to drain excess whey.
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream fresh, heavy whipping cream.
Sweeteners & Spices
- 2 tbsp Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference. powdered sugar blends more easily.
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder optional, adds a warm, aromatic flavor.
Garnish & Texture
- 1/4 cup Nuts finely chopped or crushed; pistachios, almonds, and cashews work well., mixed
- 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar for sprinkling; optional.
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder for sprinkling; optional.
