Kadi is well known dish for all the foodies but this recipe of kadi is dedicated to my mother because kadi and rice is her favorite food she love the most.. on each and every friday she cook kadi with pakoda and we all loved it so here i am presenting to you all my mom version of kadi hope you all like it

  • 3 cup Besan
  • 500 gm Curd
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder yellow
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 pinch Heeng
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Tadka for
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 Chili whole res
  • 1 Cumin Seeds tspn
  • 3 cloves Chopped Garlice Cloves 3 chopped garlice
  • For Pakoda for pakoda
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Cumin Seeds tspn
  • Oil for deep frying


  • In a grinder pot add besan curd ginger garlic paste yellow chili powder and salt grind it in a smooth paste
  • Now in a heavy bottom pan transfer this mixture and cooked it on low flame with 3 glass of water
  • In a bowl.add besan chopped onion green chili and all other ingredients of pakoda and make a paste
  • Heat oil in a kadahi and take small small portion and make a pakoda and deep fry it
  • Now check kadi when its become thick off the flame and keep a side
  • Now add pakoda in a kadee and stir well
  • Now in another pan heat oil add onione sliced saute till its change in golden brown color
  • Now add Cumin seeds chopped garlic and dry red chili
  • When its crackle transfer this tadka on the kadi serve hot with rice
