Ingredients
- 1 bowl potatoes (mashed )
- 1 cup carrot (grated )
- 1 cup cabbage (grated )
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (crushed )
- Pinch asafoetida
- 1 cup green peas (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder (roasted )
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 cup Coriander (Chopped )
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (as required)
- Oil (as required)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Chocolate (for garnishing)

Instructions
- Take a frying pan add oil, cumin seeds and asafoetida. When seeds will crack add chopped vegetables and salt. Stir fry then add mashed potatoes.
- Mix well together sprinkle with black pepper. Spread roasted coriander powder. Give patties shape and shallow fry.
- Arrange in a plate and cover with mayonnaise, chocolate and carrot. I plucked a rose flower from my garden. IT is a symbol of Valentine.
