We celebrate Valentine's day every where in the world. I feel it is good at least we dedicated to our beloved. May be our parents, children, hubby, friends and relatives. I dedicated this to kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl potatoes mashed
  • 1 cup carrot grated
  • 1 cup cabbage grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
  • Pinch asafoetida
  • 1 cup green peas boiled
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chocolate for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan add oil, cumin seeds and asafoetida. When seeds will crack add chopped vegetables and salt. Stir fry then add mashed potatoes.
  • Mix well together sprinkle with black pepper. Spread roasted coriander powder. Give patties shape and shallow fry.
  • Arrange in a plate and cover with mayonnaise, chocolate and carrot. I plucked a rose flower from my garden. IT is a symbol of Valentine.
