Patties With Valentine

We celebrate Valentine's day every where in the world. I feel it is good at least we dedicated to our beloved. May be our parents, children, hubby, friends and relatives. I dedicated this to kids.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl potatoes mashed
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1 cup cabbage grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
- Pinch asafoetida
- 1 cup green peas boiled
- 2 tablespoon coriander powder roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves Chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise as required
- Oil as required
- Salt as per taste
- Chocolate for garnishing

Instructions
- Take a frying pan add oil, cumin seeds and asafoetida. When seeds will crack add chopped vegetables and salt. Stir fry then add mashed potatoes.
- Mix well together sprinkle with black pepper. Spread roasted coriander powder. Give patties shape and shallow fry.
- Arrange in a plate and cover with mayonnaise, chocolate and carrot. I plucked a rose flower from my garden. IT is a symbol of Valentine.
