Expert Tips for Perfect Paneer Khoya Barfi

  • For a smoother barfi, blend the paneer and khoya together briefly in a food processor before adding other ingredients.
  • If your paneer is too dry, add a teaspoon or two of milk to the mixture to achieve a better consistency.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference. Taste the mixture before shaping the barfi.
  • For a richer flavor, use homemade khoya. Alternatively, you can substitute it with ricotta cheese, but the texture might be slightly different.
