Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Desi Potato Burger
- For extra flavor in the potato patties, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, or cilantro.
- If you don't have whole wheat flour, you can substitute with all-purpose flour. However, whole wheat will provide a healthier and more flavorful bun.
- To make the buns softer, let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes after kneading before rolling them out.
- Get creative with toppings! Try adding chutneys, pickled onions, or other vegetables for an even more exciting flavor profile.
