Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Best Bread Ice Cream:
- Use day-old bread: Day-old bread soaks up the milk better and creates a smoother ice cream.
- Don't over-blend: Over-blending can lead to a slightly watery ice cream. Blend until smooth but not completely liquefied.
- Churning is key: Churning the ice cream multiple times prevents large ice crystals and results in a creamier texture.
- Get creative with flavor: Add cardamom, rosewater, or other spices for a unique twist.
