Homemade mint paneer cubes is my own innovation. It’s too much healthy and yummy recipe.
1 litre milk
Â½ cup chopped mint leaves
Â¼ tsp citric acid
1 tsp salt
Â¼ tsp Black pepper
Firstly add milk in a wok. Add chopped mint leaves, citric acid and stir constantly.
Add salt, black pepper and stir constantly.
Now milk is curdling.
Strain the crudling milk with strainer.
Wash in fresh water 4 to 5 times.
Now tie in muslin cloth. Press under the rolling board for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes cut the cubes and enjoy it.
