Homemade Mint Paneer Cubes

Homemade mint paneer cubes is my own innovation. It's too much healthy and yummy recipe.

  • 1 litre milk
  • ½ cup chopped mint leaves
  • ¼ tsp citric acid
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper


  • Firstly add milk in a wok. Add chopped mint leaves, citric acid and stir constantly.
  • Add salt, black pepper and stir constantly.
  • Now milk is curdling.
  • Strain the crudling milk with strainer.
  • Wash in fresh water 4 to 5 times.
  • Now tie in muslin cloth. Press under the rolling board for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes cut the cubes and enjoy it.
