Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 spoon semolina
- 1 teaspoon ajwain
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 spoon crushed peanut
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 teaspoon amchur powder
- 1 teaspoon dhania powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Take a pan add water n chopped potato now let it cook for 10min n keep aside.ler it cool completely
- Now take a pan add oil let it heat now add jeera , crushed ginger garlic saute for 1 min.
- Now add boiled mashed potatoes , amchur powder,salt n peanut powder.mix well keep aside
- Now take a bowl add plain flour n semolina mix well now add salt, ajwain , kasuri methi,n 1spoon hot oil mix well..
- Knead dough n take small portion from dough n roll like chapati stuff with potato mixture.
- Now Deep fry with medium hot oilit tales 7-8min.
Notes
If you want u can store also for 1day.
