Potato kachori is perfect crispy evening snacks which u can serve with sweet n sour chutney.
Yield / Serves
1cup plain flour
1tsp kasuri methi
1spoon crushed peanut
1tsp amchur powder
1tsp dhania powder
1tsp garam masala
Oil for frying
Take a pan add water n chopped potato now let it cook for 10min n keep aside.ler it cool completely
Now take a pan add oil let it heat now add jeera , crushed ginger garlic saute for 1 min.
Now add boiled mashed potatoes , amchur powder,salt n peanut powder.mix well keep aside
Now take a bowl add plain flour n semolina mix well now add salt, ajwain , kasuri methi,n 1spoon hot oil mix well..
Knead dough n take small portion from dough n roll like chapati stuff with potato mixture.
Now Deep fry with medium hot oilit tales 7-8min.
If you want u can store also for 1day.
