- 150 ml Heavy Cream fresh
- 50 ml Sweetened Milk condensed
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Chocolate Spheres
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chopped, dark, high-quality dark chocolate recommended
- 1 Sphere Mold silicone sphere mold is easiest to use
Instructions
Prepare the Apple Ice Cream
- Blend the chopped apples, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a high-powered blender until completely smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Make the Chocolate Spheres
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the sphere molds, ensuring even distribution. Refrigerate for 5-7 minutes until set.
