  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potato, soaked sago pearls, finely chopped green chili, moringa masala, lemon juice, and salt.
    Small white spherical snacks in a black bowl, ready for cooking or serving.
  • Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small, round patties or tikkis. Slightly flattening them will ensure even cooking.
