- 1 medium Potato and mashed, boiled, peeled
- 1/2 cup Peanuts roasted and finely crushed
- 1/4 cup Oats finely powdered, rolled oats
- 1.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder or to taste, red
- 1 tbsp Coriander freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying
For Serving (Optional):
- Chutney Or Dip as needed, such as tamarind chutney or mint-coriander chutney, your favorite choice

Prepare the Sabudana
- Soak the sabudana in enough water for at least 4 hours, or until soft and slightly translucent.
Combine Ingredients
