Ingredients
Kebab Mixture
- 4 Potato boiled, medium-sized
- 1/2 cup Pea boiled, green
- 1/2 cup Bathua Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Gram Flour roasted
- 2 Tbsp Kebab Masala
- 1 tsp Flaxseed Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
For Shallow Frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and green peas.
- Add the bathua leaves, roasted gram flour, flaxseed powder, kebab masala, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. This ensures the flavors are evenly distributed throughout the kebab mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small, flat kebabs. A slightly flattened shape allows for even cooking and a crispy exterior.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot enough to prevent the kebabs from sticking and to promote even browning.
- Shallow fry the kebabs for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Turning them ensures both sides cook evenly and develop a delicious crust.
- Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. This helps maintain their crispiness.
- Serve hot with your favorite curd chutney for a refreshing and flavorful meal.

- Store leftover kebabs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through.
