Expert Tips for Perfect Hara Bhara Kebabs
- For extra flavor, marinate the kebab mixture for at least 30 minutes before shaping and frying.
- If you don't have cornflour, you can use all-purpose flour instead.
- Adjust the amount of red chili powder according to your spice preference.
- To make them healthier, you can bake the kebabs instead of frying them. Simply place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
