  • Wash and cut the broccoli and Brussels sprouts into bite-sized pieces.

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and Brussels sprouts and blanch for 2-3 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender. Drain well and set aside.
