  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan for each pancake.
  • Spread the batter thinly to form small pancakes.
  • Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of butter around the edges of each pancake.

  • Remove from the pan and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for Perfect Apple Pancakes

  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
  • If you don’t have powdered jaggery, you can use granulated jaggery but be sure to grind it into a fine powder before mixing.
  • Adjust the amount of jaggery according to your sweetness preference. You can also add a touch of maple syrup or honey after cooking, if desired.
  • Don't overmix the batter, as this can lead to tough pancakes. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
