  • 6 Medjool Dates pitted and chopped; medjool dates are preferred for their sweetness and texture.
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk warm milk is used for soaking the dates.
  • 1 cup Milk chilled, for a cold milkshake

Sweetener & Ice Cream

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream adjust quantity to your desired sweetness level
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey Or Maple Syrup optional, for extra sweetness. adjust according to your preference and the sweetness of the dates.
