  • 2 cup Muesli use a muesli with nuts and seeds for added flavor and nutrition. adjust amount to your preference.
  • 1 cup Dates medjool dates are recommended; pitted. alternatively, use 1/2 cup of date syrup.

Prepare the Dates

  • If using whole dates, remove the pits and blend them into a smooth paste without adding water. If using date syrup, proceed to the next step.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the date paste (or syrup) and ghee (if using). Microwave for 1 minute.

Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add the muesli, flax seeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds (if using) to the date mixture. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Microwave and Mix

  • Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes, stirring every minute to prevent burning and ensure even cooking.

Cool and Shape

  • Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool for about 2 minutes, allowing it to firm slightly.

Form the Ladoos

  • Lightly grease your palms with ghee or coconut oil. Roll the cooled mixture into small, lemon-sized balls (ladoos).

Refrigerate and Enjoy

  • Refrigerate the ladoos for at least 30 minutes to firm up completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
