Instructions

- If using whole dates, remove the pits and blend them into a smooth paste without adding water. If using date syrup, proceed to the next step.
Combine Ingredients
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the date paste (or syrup) and ghee (if using). Microwave for 1 minute.
Add Dry Ingredients
- Add the muesli, flax seeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds (if using) to the date mixture. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Microwave and Mix
- Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes, stirring every minute to prevent burning and ensure even cooking.
Cool and Shape
- Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool for about 2 minutes, allowing it to firm slightly.
Form the Ladoos
- Lightly grease your palms with ghee or coconut oil. Roll the cooled mixture into small, lemon-sized balls (ladoos).
