Whenever we feel to eat some thing special and different ..so I made flower shape cabbage stuffed steamed momos

Ingredients
- 200 gms purpose flore
- 1 teaspoon Salt 1 cup oil
- Cabbage grated 1 cup
- Capsicum slices half cup
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed garlic 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Food colour for orange petals saffron green half tsp
- Daniya powder half tsp
- Coriander half cup

Instructions
- Doe preparation...take a bowl put flore 1 tsp oil add water make doe with palms make kneaded rest 15 min
- For stuffing...heat fri pan add oil put cumin seeds when it's splits
- Add garlic fri for rawness left..then add grated cabbage and capsicum
- Close lid 2min for soften..once it gets soften add seasoning salt,pepper,daniya powder,coriander
- Nice flavoured stuffing is ready..
- Take doe make it 3 portions mix saffron colour one,green is second as well as white colour role up big roti like
- Cut circle shape with the help of circle shape mould arrange 3 alternative rounds in vertically
- Stuff the curry fold onside it's look like flower ..heat the steamer place flower shaped monos steam at 20 min
- Take serving plate arrange rose shape colour ful monos serve with tomato chutney...
