Expert Tips for the Best Soya Chaap Curry
- For a richer flavor, marinate the soya chaap in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of red chili powder to your preference. If you prefer a milder curry, use less chili powder.
- If you don't have fresh cream, you can substitute with coconut milk for a different flavor profile.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to your curry, such as bell peppers, peas, or potatoes, to make it even heartier.
