A french recipe for this beautiful and delicious chicken and mushroom mini tart which is baked with parmesan cheese. It can be used as amuse bouche (one bite starter at the beginning of the course) or can be served as hot appetizer. It has nice creamy yet good flavour of chicken and mushroom.
1. If you wanna make this dish vegeterian, replace chicken with any other vegetable like zuccni and bell pepper oor you can make with only mushroom also.
2, If you are wine lover u can add small amount of wine at the time of sauteeing onion and garlic. It enhance the flavour .
