A french recipe for this beautiful and delicious chicken and mushroom mini tart which is baked with parmesan cheese. It can be used as amuse bouche (one bite starter at the beginning of the course) or can be served as hot appetizer. It has nice creamy yet good flavour of chicken and mushroom.

For Fillings
- 1 Chicken Breast cut into small dices
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 clove Garlic chopped
- 01 tbsp Oil oive
- 2 sprigs Thyme
- 100 gms Parmesan Cheese
- 5 pcs Button Mushroom chopped
- 2 cubes Butter
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 150 ml Cream
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the crust. Mix flour with salt. Incorporate butter to the flour, using your hands or using a pastry processor, until crumbs are formed.
- Add the egg and incorporate until the dough is homogeneous.
- Knead the dough and form a ball from it. Wrap it with plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Now for filling Take a pan and make it hot. Pour olive oil and then saute onion and garlic nicely.
- Add tyme to incorporate the flavour and then add chicken. Saute it a bit and then add mushroom.
- Cook it nicely for next 5 min, by stirring thoroughly. Adjust the seasoning then add cream in it.
- Allow it to cook more 10 minutes until the mixture is start to get thickend then finish it with butter. and keep aside to cool
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and cut small circles to fit the mini tart molds.
- Press dough into tart molds without stretching it. Punch the bottoms with a fork.
- Fill mini tarts with the chicken mixture and put Parmesan on top and place it in the oven as given temperature for 25 min.
- Once it ready garnish with some chopped parsley or spring onion as shown in the picture
Recipe Notes
- If you wanna make this dish vegeterian, replace chicken with any other vegetable like zuccni and bell pepper oor you can make with only mushroom also.
- If you are wine lover you can add small amount of wine at the time  of sauteeing onion and garlic. It enhance the flavour.
