About this Recipe

Crunchy Sprouts Salad is a simple yet super healthy salad recipe. Best to have in summers in breakfast or along with main course. A filling and refreshing salad full of nutrients which helps to control blood sugar levels.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Moth dal and Moong Dal Sprouts - 1 bowl / 250 gms (Soaked and steamed)
  • Roasted and crushed peanuts - 2 tbsps
  • Grated/desiccated coconut - 2 tbsps
  • Crushed Walnuts - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber - 2 cups
  • Lemon - 1 pcs
  • Chaat masala , salt - as per taste
How to cook?
  1. Mix all the ingredients well and add lemon juice as a last step. Serve chilled.
