About American Potato Salad - My Style
American-style potato salad is served cold or at room temperature. Ingredients
- small cubes Potatoes boiled chopped in
- 1 cup Yoghurt plain
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise optinal
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn Kernels boil
- 1/4 cup Red Onions chopped in
- 1/4 cup Cucumber english chopped in
- 1/4 cup Tomoto Chopped In Cubed tomoto chopped in cubed
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice or seasoning seasoning freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- to Salt pink
- 1-2 Apple mints
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- handful handful Celery

Instructions
- Combine yoghurt, mayo,lemon juice, basil, oregano, rosemary , chili flakes,crushed mint leaves , celery and salt in large bowl and whisk to combine.Add boiled potatoes,seet corn,red onions, cucumber, tomato and black pepper powder.Stair to combine.
- Refrigerate it for 30mins before serving.(I used chilled yoghurt).
