  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bell Peppers finely chopped yellow and red
  • 1-2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1-2 leaves Coriander fresh finely chopped
  • 1-2 leaves Mint
  • 1-2 cashews or raisins raisins and
  • 1/4 cup Hung Curd or dressing for the dressing
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper


  • Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix it well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cut the broccoli in small florets.
  • Heat water in a pan and blanch the broccoli for 2-3 mins. Transfer the florets in ice water.
  • Finely chop the rest of the vegetables onions, tomatoes, carrot, cucumber and bell peppers.
  • Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, pour the hung curd dressing over, and mix it well. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Stir again and Serve chilled!

Recipe Notes

You can also add chopped avocado, dried cranberries to the salad.
