  • Boil the raw green bananas until tender. This will make them easier to mash.

  • Add the textured soy protein, gram flour, chopped green chillies, garam masala, and salt to the mashed bananas.

  • Shape the mixture into finger-like shapes. Make sure they are relatively uniform in size so they cook evenly.

  • Allow the shaped banana fingers to rest for 5 minutes. This helps them firm up and prevents them from breaking apart while frying.
