  • 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Water as needed to adjust batter consistency

  • Combine the leftover Palak Sabji, gram flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder (if using), garam masala (if using), and chopped green chilies in a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add water while mixing to form a smooth, medium-consistency batter. The batter should be thick enough to coat a spoon but not too stiff.
  • Stir in the chopped coriander leaves.
