Leftover Spinach Curry

- 1 cup Gram Flour besan
- 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder for color and flavor enhancement.
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala for added warmth., optional

- 2 cup Oil for deep frying
