Ingredients
- 250 gm Cottage Cheese paneer, cut into long strips
- 2 cup Spaghetti boiled
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 Carrot chopped, cut into long pieces, medium sized
- 1/2 cup Peas green
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- leaves Iceberg Lettuce some iceberg
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Topping or cream fresh cream for
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Prepare the Cottage Cheese
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. Shallow fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Steam the Vegetables
- Steam broccoli and carrots for 2 minutes. Steam green peas and corn kernels for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Cook the Spaghetti
- Boil water in a pot with salt and olive oil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Drain well. Add soy sauce (if using).
Assemble and Serve
- Arrange iceberg lettuce on a plate. Top with steamed vegetables, crispy cottage cheese, and spaghetti. Drizzle with fresh cream (if using) and serve immediately.
