- 250 gm Cottage Cheese cut into 1-inch cubes, indian cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder roasted
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Clarified Butter
- Salt to taste
For Cooking & Serving:
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil for shallow frying
- 1 tbsp Coriander for garnish
- Optional Chutney for serving, green
- Optional Onion for serving, raw, slices
- Optional Lemon for serving, wedges
Instructions
