- 2.5 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumb
- 1/2 cup Coriander freshly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper freshly ground, black
- 2-3 tbsp Milk for coating

Instructions
Prepare the Cheese Mixture
- In a bowl, combine the grated cheese, rice flour, breadcrumbs, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a dough-like consistency is achieved. Add a tablespoon or two of milk if needed to bind the mixture. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more rice flour.
Shape the Cheese Balls
- Roll the mixture into small, smooth balls, ensuring there are no cracks on the surface. About 1 inch in diameter is ideal.
Coat and Air Fry
- Lightly coat each cheese ball with milk, then roll it in breadcrumbs to ensure a good, crispy coating. Place the coated cheese balls in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Air Fry in Two Stages
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Gently shake the basket to ensure even cooking. Air fry for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
Serve
- Serve the crispy cheese balls immediately while they are hot and enjoy with ketchup or your preferred dipping sauce.
