Ingredients
 

Dairy & Sweetener

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Yogurt greek yogurt or hung curd can be substituted for a thicker texture
  • 1/2 cup Sugar adjust to your desired sweetness, powdered

Coffee & Chocolate

  • 2 tsp Coffee dissolve in 1 tablespoon of hot water, instant
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips work well

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cream

  • Whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar together in a bowl until stiff peaks form.

Prepare the Yogurt & Coffee

  • In a separate bowl, gently whisk the yogurt until smooth. In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in 1 tablespoon of hot water until fully dissolved.

Combine Ingredients

  • Gently fold the whipped cream and dissolved coffee into the yogurt. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Freeze & Stir

  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove from the freezer and use a fork to gently break up any ice crystals. Return to the freezer. Repeat this process once more for a smoother texture. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
