  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Water 300 ml
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional


  • Boil water in a pan and add Cinnamon sticks to it.
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes and switch off the stove. Let the water cool down so that it becomes lukewarm.
  • By the time water becomes lukewarm, the flavor of cinnamon would infuse in water.
  • Now add a teaspoon of honey, which is completely optional as the taste of Cinnamon would make the tea self-sufficient and there will be no need of any sweetener.
