Chocolate Cheese Cake

  • Digestive biscuits 200gm
  • Condensed milk or Butter 60gm
  • Dark chocolate 50gm
  • Milk compound chocolate 50gm
  • Cream cheese 200gm
  • Milk 1tbsp
  • Cocoa pwd 5gm
  • Whipped cream 1 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa pwd and chocolate for garnish


  • Crush the biscuits and add melted butter or condensed milk to it , mix well and add it to a spring form pan and create a proper base and refrigerate it .
  • Melt both the chocolates in a bowl with the double boiler method .
  • To melted chocolate add cream cheese and whisk it together, now add condensed milk , cocoa pwd and milk and whisk it again .
  • Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate the cake.
  • Now take some whipped cream. Add 1 tsp cocoa pwd, mix well and transfer it to piping bag .
  • Once the cake is set, get it out of mold, spread a layer of whipped cream and make swirls on the edges.
  • Dust some cocoa pwd and garnish with chocolate shavings and design.
