- 1 stick Cinnamon Stick
- 3 tbsp Sugar brown

- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter cold and cubed
- 2 tbsp Sugar granulated
Optional Garnish:
- 1/4 cup Yogurt or vanilla ice cream
