Chocolate Oats Cake

Oats to replace flour giving dessert a healthy twist..

  • 1.5 Cup Powdered Oats
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cold Butter
  • 3 egg
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Chocolate chips walnuts (optional)


  • Take a blender add powdered oats, podwered sugar, butter, baking powder, eggs, Vanilla Essence, pinch of salt
  • Add 2 Tablespoon of lukewarm water in cocoa powder and mixwell. Add this into blender.
  • Blend all ingredients together until mixed well
  • Preheat oven at 180 degree
  • Grease your cake tin with butter
  • Pour all batter into cake tin, top it with chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Bake cake at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes and check with knife until it comes out clean.
  • Serve it warm with vanilla icecream and seasonal fruits.
