- 2 Slices Of Bread use your favorite bread, or even pita bread., such as white bread, whole wheat
Vegetable Topping
- 1 medium Bell Peppers capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Corn Kernels boiled, canned or frozen, sweet
Cheese & Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Oregano Flakes or to taste
- 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
Other
- 1 tbsp Butter or olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the Bread
- Cut the bread slices into round shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
Cook the Pizza Rounds
- Heat the butter (or olive oil) in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the bread rounds in the pan.
