Cheese Spring Onion Masala Buns is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Snacks. Serve this at teatime.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spring Onion leaves
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 gm fresh yeast
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 3 cheese cubes grated
  • 1/2 cup like warm water
  • Oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Take yeast and melt it in 2tablespoons of water. Add salt, garlic, red chili flakes and fenugreek, mix it well till salt dissolve.
  • Add flour in it n make soft n smooth dough by adding little lukewarm water. Cover the lid and keep aside till the dough rise. It will take 40 to 60minutes.
  • Divide dough into 2 portion, make round buns shape balls n cover it with wet muslin cloth.
  • Add 350 gm salt in the cooker n keep stand Preheat pressure cooker.
  • Grease the plate, n bake that buns balls for 25 minutes on low flame. In between apply oil with the help of brush. Remove whistle n rubber from cooker lid.
  • Open lid n take buns out in plate, let them cool on room temperature.
  • Make 2 cross deep cuts in buns fill grated cheese n spring Onion green leaves. Again bake till cheese melt in buns.
