Basant panchami is a famous festival in the spring season. People celebrate with different ways in different states. Our Goddess Swaraswati pooja celebrate in this day. - First of all basanti rice. Add oil, bay leaves, rice, green peas salt, ginger paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Sauteed and add one and half glass warm water. Cover the lid till cook. Serve with all ground masala and pure ghee.
- Take bombai green chilli slits, brinjal and stuff with five spice masala. Make it shallow fry.
- Mix vegetables with beans, potatoes, carrot, capsicum and bardi.
- Sweet tomato chutney add sugar, tomato slices, salt ginger paste and chilli powder. Cook till sticky.
- Serve with assorted recipe and curd.
