Girls wear yellow costume or yellow Saree. Prasad serve with yellow effects. Every where field seems yellow flowers.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms rice soaked
  • 4 small sizes brinjal
  • 2 big sizes bombai green chilli
  • 1 bowl tomato pieces
  • 2 bowls curd
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 tsp five spice masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp all ground masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp puree ghee
  • Oil as required
  • Salt
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Mix vegetables

Instructions
 

  • First of all basanti rice. Add oil, bay leaves, rice, green peas salt, ginger paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Sauteed and add one and half glass warm water. Cover the lid till cook. Serve with all ground masala and pure ghee.
  • Take bombai green chilli slits, brinjal and stuff with five spice masala. Make it shallow fry.

  • Mix vegetables with beans, potatoes, carrot, capsicum and bardi.

  • Sweet tomato chutney add sugar, tomato slices, salt ginger paste and chilli powder. Cook till sticky.
