  • 2 cup Chickpeas boiled â
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil â
  • 1 lime Lime Juice €“ 1 ½ Tbsp juice â
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder â
  • 2 cloves Garlic â peeled
  • leaves Coriander or parsley parsley â chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds roasted â


  • Peel boiled chickpeas.
  • In a blender combine all the ingredients except the coriander leaves / parsley and red chili powder.
  • Blend until it gets smooth.
  • Transfer hummus into the serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle red chili powder over the top.
  • Scatter some chopped coriander leaves / parsley on top and serve.
